How dca.bot uses Google Sign-In

Purpose

dca.bot automates Bitcoin DCA on your existing exchange accounts using secure API keys. Google Sign-In lets you create and access your dca.bot account—no Gmail, Drive, or Calendar access.

Scopes Requested & Reasons

openid Identify your Google account and authenticate you
email Use your email address as your account identifier
profile Display your name and profile picture to personalize your experience

Note: We only request the minimum permissions needed to authenticate you and create your account. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, or any other Google services.

Data Handling

  • Limited storage: We store your email as your account identifier and your profile information (name and picture) to personalize your experience.
  • No data selling: We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
  • Secure storage: OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
  • Your right to deletion: You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting support@dca.bot.
  • Revoke access anytime: You can disconnect your Google account from dca.bot at any time through your Google Account settings or within dca.bot account settings.

How to Revoke Access

From Google:

  1. Visit your Google Account Permissions page
  2. Find "dca.bot" in the list of connected apps
  3. Click "Remove Access"

From dca.bot:

  1. Log in to your dca.bot account
  2. Go to Settings → Profile
  3. Click "Disconnect Google Account"
